How much does a ride with Udhë cost?
The driver sets the price per seat and you see it before you book. It is usually a share of the fuel cost, not a ticket. For the main routes, current prices show directly on the route page.
How do I book a seat?
Download the app, search for the route and date, pick a ride and send a request. The driver confirms it and you agree on the meeting point in the in-app chat.
Are drivers and passengers verified?
Yes. Every account is verified with a phone number through WhatsApp before it can publish or book. After each ride both sides rate each other, and you can block anyone.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling is free when done in time. Cancellations in the last hour before departure may carry a penalty under the cancellation rules, which you can read in the app. If plans change, tell the driver in the chat as early as you can.
How do I publish a ride as a driver?
Open the app, set the departure, destination, time, free seats and price per seat. You see passenger requests with profiles and ratings, and accept the ones that suit you.
Where does Udhë work?
In Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro and partly in Serbia and Greece, plus diaspora routes from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and other European countries to Kosovo.
